STEM Education and e-Learning Lesson Plan Award Scheme 2019
The STEM Education and e-Learning Lesson Plan Award Scheme 2019 of The Women’s Foundation’s Girls Go Tech Programme aims to further encourage teachers to share their experience and resources. Teachers can share lesson plans they have created with other teachers, support each other with strategies and ideas, while developing ways to improve STEM education and e-learning.

- Outstanding Lesson Plan Award (cross-category assessment)
- Award for the Most Popular Lesson Plan (cross-category assessment)
- Award for Lesson Plan with the Most Facebook Likes (cross-category assessment)
- Lesson Plan Awards (Gold, Silver and Bronze awards for each category)
- All participating individuals and teams will receive a Certificate of Appreciation
Prizes
- The winner of the Outstanding Lesson Plan Award received an all-expense paid, 7-day InnoTech Educator Tour at Silicon Valley, California sponsored by HKT Education
- The winner of the Most Popular Lesson Plan Award received a trophy and a HK$5,000 HKT Education cash coupon, sponsored by The Women’s Foundation
- The winner of the Most Facebook Likes Lesson Plan Award received a trophy and a HK$5,000 HKT Education cash coupon, sponsored by The Women’s Foundation
- Gold, Silver and Bronze Lesson Plan Award winners in each category received a trophy

Assessment Criteria
Outstanding Lesson Plan Award: This award is given to the best lesson plan based on its content, gender inclusivity, practicality and innovation. It is selected from across all the categories, “STEM subject lesson plans” and “Non-STEM subject e-learning lesson plans” in both junior and senior secondary categories.
Award for the Most Popular Lesson Plan: This is given to the lesson plan with the highest number of downloads on the GGT online platform (multiple downloads by a single user are counted as one download).
Award for Lesson Plan with the Most Facebook Likes: The lesson plan post with the most likes on the GGT TWF Facebook page wins this award.
Lesson Plan Awards of Each Category: Gold, Silver and Bronze awards are given based on their content, gender inclusivity, practicality and innovation of each category.
