GGT will be co-organising a company visit with Swire Group in October! During the session participants will get to: 

• Visit Cathay Pacific and HAECO and see mock-ups of aircraft interiors as well as hangars used for aircraft repair and maintenance 
• Learn about how technology is applied in the aviation industry and aircraft maintenance 
• Meet with female aviation professionals from different backgrounds and learn more about their careers, job requirements and prospect in the industries

GGT will organise our first large-scale event in the new academic year! We will be co-organising a workshop with Bloomberg.  

• You will learn the functions to manage and analyse data for you to master data processing.  

• During the workshop, you will be put into small groups for the tutorial session and competition – each member of the winning team will be awarded a laptop or a Surface Go tablet!  

• You will also gain a valuable opportunity to visit Bloomberg’s newsroom to learn about global finance news production and broadcasting.

In this work shadowing scheme, you will have the opportunity to visit the Societe Generale Hong Kong office and interact with interns and female executives through sharing sessions, which will allow you to learn about their career journey and their experience working in the industry. You will also discover how STEM is applied in the financial services sector. Moreover, you will also connect with specialists from different departments to gain a deeper understanding of their work and experiences, which can help you plan your ideal career path.
