試想你要為客戶設計一個嶄新的金融服務方案，你會如何開始這計劃，使它具創新性及照顧到使用者的需要？現在你有機會學習以人為本的Human-Centred Design (HCD)，它 是一個解難 （problem-solving） 的思維模式，確保設計方案能滿足使用者的需求。HCD可以與Design Thinking的方法一起應用，概念包括同理感（Empathize）、定義（Define）、想像（Ideate）、樣品（Prototype）和測試（Test）。
參加者能在真實例子中體會到：
• 企業在日常溝通中所遇到的挑戰
• 企業在採用新科技時所面臨的挑戰
• 如何找出問題，並以HCD尋求解決方案
• 麥格理集團正推出的新技術
參加者將學到：
• HCD框架的扼要介紹
• 如何提問、如何聆聽及聆聽甚麼
• 參與面試練習

Imagine your boss comes to you one day and asks you to design a new financial service solution for your customer. How would you go about doing that? How would you make it innovative and user-friendly? Human-Centred Design (HCD) is a problem-solving approach that ensures solutions are designed to meet the needs of end users. It can be applied alongside the Design Thinking method which comprises five steps: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.
Through this real-life session GGT alumni will:
•Learn about typical communication challenges in an organisation
•Understand the challenges organisations face when adopting new technologies
•Use HCD to explore solutions to workplace related challenges
•Explore new technologies Macquarie is developing and implementing
GGT alumni will gain:
•An understanding of the HCD framework
•How to ask effective questions and what to listen for in responses
•Effective interview techniques through exercises
