物聯網（Internet of Things，IoT）大家一定不會陌生，應用例子包括無人駕駛汽車、大廈能源管理、智能家居保安系統、可穿戴的健康監測系統等。IoT已經成為我們生活不可或缺的一部份。但你知道網絡工程師怎樣建構物聯網的運作嗎？

我們將與思科Cisco 合辦視像工作坊，了解網絡工程師的工作，包括他們如何支援物聯網的運作及背後的最新科技。

工作坊會以 Webex 視像形式進行，參加者需準備一部電腦，下載 Webex 軟件或以瀏覽器開啟工作坊連結就能參與工作坊。相關的登入連結將會在工作坊舉行前透過Whatsapp 發放。

Some examples of IoT include self-driving car, energy management of buildings, smart home security system, wearable health monitoring system. IoT has become indispensable in our lives. Do you know network engineers are behind the scenes that make IoT possible?

Co-organised by Cisco, this workshop will inform participants what network engineers do, including how their work support the running of IoT, and the state of art technology behind.

The workshop will be hosted virtually on Webex so you’ll need a computer with Webex software downloaded, or use a browser to open the workshop access link. The access link and login password will be sent to you via Whatsapp before the workshop starts.
