我們每日製造的污水沖落渠道後，會有什麼下場？GGT將會與土木工程師學會(香港分會)合辦參觀元朗淨水設施，了解智能理環保科技如何處理污水。參與學生將有機會：
- 透過 3D 虛擬實境科技(VR) 巡視工地、體驗職安訓練
- 遊覽控制中心了解科技如何提高淨水效率
- 參觀以組裝合成建築法(Modular Integrated Construction method) 興建的工地辦公室
- 與現職工程師交流，認識行業前景

元朗淨水設施為渠務署其中一個原址升級的標誌性項目，採用最先進污水處理技術，亦加入環保設計和社區共融的元素。

Yuen Long Effluent Polishing Plant (YLEPP) is one of Drainage Services Department’s iconic projects that adopts the most advanced sewage treatment technologies and features green design and community provisions. GGT will be co-organising a visit to the YLEPP with the Institution of Civil Engineers Hong Kong, where participants will get to:
- Conduct site visit and attend safety training through virtual reality (VR) experience
- Explore the background of the YLEPP project and learn how technology is applied to make water treatment more efficient
- Visit the site office constructed by Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) method
- Interact with engineers and get industry insights
