Goldman Sachs Python Application Workshop

Python is a computer language used for programming and this is a highly sought-after skill by a lot of employers in the finance industry. GGT will be co-organising a Python Programming Workshop with Goldman Sachs, where participants will:
•    Learn to assemble a simple computer capable of internet connection using Raspberry Pi
•    Explore Python programming with software and electronics in a finance context in a fun and interactive way


Event details:
Date: April 12, 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Lunch will be provided)
Venue: Goldman Sachs office (Central)
Quota: 20 participants (on a first-come, first-served basis; priority will be given to Form 3 or above participants)

Girls Go Tech STEMtuber video competition – Elderly in Technology

The Girls Go Tech STEMtuber Video Competition is back! Students are invited to select a product or technology that can assist elderly individuals and create a short video demonstrating how to use it in today's society, all while promoting better inclusion for society.

Teams of 2-4 members can participate. Winning teams will have the chance to receive cash vouchers of up to HK$4000 (or equivalent prizes).
 
Participating teams: Junior Division: F.1 - F.3, Senior Division: F.4 - F.6

Are you ready to join our Disney Wonderland tour? An exclusive attraction tour is going to show you how WDI Imagineers bring Disney Magic to life with the help of technology. With the lead of Mr. Kelly Willis (Senior Creative Executive, WDI Asia), Ms. Louise Pang (Director, Design & Planning) and Imagineers, students will have opportunity to explore the technology applied on Disney attraction ride, and enjoy the ride experience with “Disney Magic”.
